Our story.
EmpactIT started in 2001 with one idea: data should work for the people who own it. We began with custom software and reporting, and that focus has never changed.
Along the way we built and sold a managed IT services business. It was a good business, but it pulled us away from what we do best. So we went back to our roots: data.
Today that work is Matrix Cloud, one fully managed platform to integrate your systems, automate the work between them and visualize the results, with AI built in and your rules in charge. More than 100 clients across 12 industries rely on it, and more than 20 of them have been with us for over 20 years.
